Article One: (Amount and Account Opening)

  • A down payment of $600 is paid by the second party as a guarantee for the contractor.
  • The first party is obligated to specify the distance charge and its fixed fee, which are borne by the first party for a period not exceeding 10 days from the start of the operation. The transaction is limited to the fourth party at a price of $40. In the event that it is not provided or not purchased within the specified period, the fourth party has the right to revert to the first party according to the stipulated deduction of $600 in the event of non-return.
  • Airport commission is $150 for each transaction.
  • The transport party can list any required expenses related to the area or for the cars, if any
  • The first party acknowledges covering only the internal and external shortfall as per the agreed clauses (Article Two: Cash and Financial Discount).

Article Two (Cash and Financial Discount)

  • The value of interactive cash is as shown at the time of purchase, without any additional liability.
  • Payment transactions are subject to a transfer fee charged to either the first party or the fourth party, to be clarified later.
  • Any discount is deducted from the shortfall in the vehicle’s value as agreed upon in the stated purchase amount.

Article Three (Value) includes:

  • Transit taxes after (30) days from the date of approval.
  • Additional costs are deducted if there is a two-day consecutive delay in delivering certain items.
  • The cost of any increase in value shall be paid if the previously specified period is exceeded.
  • The second party is obliged to pay the amount within (30) days from the date of the agreement, otherwise a specified fine is imposed.
  • Any additional repairs or vehicle malfunctions after (30) days from the purchase date are calculated and deducted according to the agreement with the second party.

Comprehensive Insurance Clarification

  • The cost of repairing any unit of damage to the external surface is determined up to a ceiling of $2,000.
  • If the damage exceeds $5,000, the fine amount will be withheld from the credit card as previously agreed.

Notes

  • The first party has the right to modify Clause No. (5), which relates to the percentage of liability in the event of any damage to the vehicle.
  • The fourth party has the right to request an extension if there are mechanical failures outside his control.
  • This contract is considered null and void if there is a failure to comply with any of the agreed-upon clauses.
